We are now accepting students for riding lessons. We are also are offering full board for your horse. We have miles and miles of nice dirt roads that are wonderful for riding! We are in the process of building a riding arena and run-in shelters in each pasture. Our pastures are fenced in high tensile (electric) horse wire. Fresh clean water avalible at all times. We live on the property so we keep a close eye on all horses. We live in a quiet community with great dirt roads for days of riding! We are also located just 10 miles from the Covington County Arena, where the outside arena is avalible most any time.
Our standard of care options include two different packages with different services and price ranges. Choose which is best for you and your equine friend.
1) Full Care Service / $300 per month includes the following:
12 x 12 stall, Nutrena Feed 2x/day, High Quality Hay, free grazing, pasture turn out, clean bedding as needed, if a blanket is provided your horse will be blanketed when needed, farrier service every 6-8 weeks (for trims only), deworming 2x per year, salt/mineral blocks, access to round pen, tack shed, outside and inside wash bay (with hot/cold water), and access to apartment with restroom/shower. This package is a FULL-CARE SERVICE, we do all the work, you just come and ride, we take care of the rest!
2) Full Pasture Care Service / $225 per month includes the following:
Fully fenced pasture boarding, Nutrena Feed, High Quality Hay, free grazing, access to fresh water, salt/mineral block, if a blanket if provided your horse will be blanketed when needed, farrier service every 6-8 weeks (for trims only), deworming 2x per year, access to round pen, tack shed, outside and inside wash bay (with hot/cold water), and access to apartment with restroom/shower. This package is for PASTURE BOARDING only, we still do all the work!
3) Partial Pasture Care Service / $100 per month includes the following:
Fully fenced pasture boarding/access to run in sheds, free grazing, access to fresh water, salt/mineral block. We supply the pasture, you supply the care. Horse owners choosing this package are responsible for the hay, and feed for the health of the animal. We will insure that your horse is fed at least once per day.
If you as an owner request any other farrier service other than a routine trim every 6-8 weeks, you will be responsible for those expenses.
If your horse requires a special feed and/or minerals/supplements, you will be responsible for those expenses.
Routine exercise programs can be arranged for an additional monthly fee.
